REDSTONE WINERY AND RESTAURANT
Redstone Winery® is the latest venture by Moray Tawse and his incredible winemaking team. Named for its red clay soil and large stones, the 38-acre Lincoln Lakeshore property was purchased in 2009 and is home to an award-winning hospitality centre and a locally-inspired restaurant.
ROOD APPLES AT CREEKSIDE
ESTATE WINERY
Their name must be a typo. Maybe they’re so Canadian they didn’t want to commit to calling their cider Rude? The fact is, Rood is Dutch for red. Red: because this cider is basically the love child of 5 different delicious red apples. But why Dutch? Creekside, where we make our cider, is in the village of Jordan Station which was founded by the Pennsylvania Dutch. Long story short, they weren’t really Dutch. They were German. And the German word for red is rot. Rot Apples isn’t exactly mouth-watering. So, Dutch it is. There you have it.

TAWSE CIDER
Situated on the lower slopes of the Niagara Escarpment, Tawse is a family-owned organic and biodynamic winery, voted Canada’s Winery of the Year in 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2016. The inspiration for his first Niagara property came from his love of Burgundian Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Uniting traditional winemaking techniques with state-of-the-art technology, Tawse is dedicated to producing terroir-driven wines of exceptional elegance, depth and character.
